Guild house is the lowest cost Student Housing in Australia. We are fully owned and run by the Curtin Student Guild. We can house a maximum 210 student. All Guild members are shareholders in the complex. So if you are a tenant and a guild member you have an interest in seeing Guild House function well.

We have a large number of International students residing at the complex, our Australian tenant's mainly come from regional and country areas. As you can see we are a melting pot of religions and different cultures.

Because of our long association in dealing with students from all over the world we have developed a strong sense of global community. We are culturally sensitive and very experienced in providing services.

Guild house is a safe and healthy environment to live in and complete your course of study. Our low cost, close proximity to the campus and shops makes us very attractive to students on a tight budget. Remember, get your applications in early or you will miss out on a great experience.
