Macarthur Girls High School is a comprehensive 7-12 school that has served the City of Parramatta since 1927.

The school offers a wide range of subjects, both from the NSW Board of Studies School Certificate and Higher School Certificate courses, as well as TAFE and school developed courses.Current enrolment is approximately 960 students with 62 full-time teaching staff.
