The school occupies modern, open-plan premises in a street with wide pavements and al fresco restaurants. There is a Student Common Room with TV, fridge and microwave ovens, and a games area.

We share our building with one of Perth's most established hotels, the King's Hotel. The classrooms have good-quality tape recorders, overhead projectors, whiteboards, and comfortable seating. The guaranteed maximum class size is 12. The minimum age is 16.
