Cecil Hills High School is a new high school situated approximately 8 km Northwest of Liverpool. Its motto, "We Believe in Success", was developed by the foundation Year 7 students and staff as the cornerstone of what the school can offer to all students who strive to do their best.

Cecil Hills High School has all the advantages which parents would expect of a new school, including the most up-to-date facilities and technology systems to enhance its curriculum. Stage I was completed at the end of 1995 and includes the present general classrooms, 6 Science Laboratories, 3 Computer Rooms, Library, Gymnasium, Sports fields and Basketball courts.

The school is also fully cabled and networked to allow for computer-aided education. Stage II was completed in early 1997 and contains specialist rooms for Technology and Applied Studies, Creative Arts and Drama including an outdoor amphitheatre and a Performing Arts Workshop.
