The Australian Centre for Health Promotion aims to contribute to better population health outcomes by working with practitioners to improve the quality of health policy and the effectiveness of health promotion practice through the application of research. 

The Centre's activities are divided into four main areas: Leadership and Professional Development, International Health, Research Development, Policy Review and Development.
